Questions people ask us

Can our society install solar for common areas?

Yes. Group housing societies and RWAs can install solar for common facilities, including EV charging. The subsidy is ₹18,000 per kW, counted at up to 3 kW per house, with a 500 kW cap for the society.

Who needs to approve it in the society?

Usually the managing committee passes a resolution at a general meeting. We can share a proposal and costing that you can put in front of members.

Does the terrace get damaged?

No. On RCC terraces we use ballast or chemical anchoring with waterproofing around each point, and we leave walkways so the tank and terrace stay easy to reach.

Do you do housing society solar outside Ahmedabad?

Yes, in every district of Gujarat. We regularly work in Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, Gandhinagar, Bhavnagar, Jamnagar and Kutch, and in smaller towns and villages too.
