1. What we do

SunFit Solar is a free referral service. We take your solar enquiry, call you to understand it, and pass it to one independent solar installer near you. We do not sell, supply, install or service solar systems, and we are not a government body or a DISCOM.

2. Installers are independent

• The installer is a separate business, not our employee, agent or partner. Any quote, contract, payment, warranty or service is between you and the installer.
• We do a basic check before we work with an installer, but we don't guarantee their work, prices, timelines, product quality, warranties or conduct.
• Please do your own checks before you sign or pay: see their registration, ask for references, read the quote and warranty terms, and get everything in writing.
• Pay the installer directly. Never pay anyone who says they are collecting money for SunFit Solar. We don't take money from customers.

3. Subsidy, net metering and approvals

Subsidies under PM Surya Ghar, PM-KUSUM or any other scheme, and net meter approvals, are decided by the government, the national portal and your DISCOM. We don't control them and can't promise you will get a subsidy, how much it will be, or when it will be paid. Rules and amounts change.

4. Information on this site

Prices, savings, solar output, subsidy amounts and calculator results on this site are general estimates for guidance only. Your actual figures depend on your roof, usage, location, equipment and the installer's quote. Nothing here is financial, legal, technical or tax advice. We try to keep the site accurate but don't promise it is complete, current or free of errors.

5. Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from an installer's work, products, advice, delay, pricing or conduct, or from any agreement between you and an installer.
• We are not responsible for property damage, injury, power loss, lower than expected savings, rejected or delayed subsidies or net meter applications, or any indirect or consequential loss.
• If we are found liable for anything despite these terms, our total liability is limited to ₹1,000, since our service to you is free.

6. Your responsibilities

Give correct details in the form, and only send your own details or details you have permission to share. Don't misuse the site, send spam or fake enquiries, or try to disrupt it.

7. Calls and messages

When you send an enquiry, you agree that we and the one installer we pass it to may call, WhatsApp or SMS you about it, even if your number is on the DND list. You can ask us to stop at any time.

8. Privacy

How we collect, use and share your details is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Gujarat.
